Tim Holt
Tim Holt, Broker/Owner at Realty Executives of Wichita, has recently been re-appointed to another 4-year term on the Kansas Real Estate Commission by Governor Mark Parkinson. In 1997, Tim was first appointed to a special task force designated to reform the Kansas Real Estate BRETTA statute (agency law).
Tim has participated in the real estate industry for over 30 years and also is currently serving as the President of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors for 2010. When Tim is not working in real estate, you’ll him on horseback as a volunteer at Old Cowtown Museum or tending to his herd of Texas Longhorns at his Flying H ranch.
