Brandi was very prompt to respond to all of our concerns and the follow-up was great. She was very knowledgable of the area and very flexible with her time. She made time on weekend, changed her vacation, and took calls and text after hours. This was not an easy purchase, mainly due to the seller. Summary:
We contacted Brandi about one of her listings. We didn’t have an agent, so she ended up being a dual agent for the sale. We never felt like her “second customer”; from beginning to end, we always felt she had our best interest in mind. We were selling our home fsbo and she offered to handle the paperwork for a very reasonable fee. This saved us a lot of headache. We also had some issues with the mortgage company and Brandi helped us through that. She was always in touch; never unreachable, and Brandi is professional but also very approachable. We had a lot of questions. We are extrememly satisfied with her service and will definitely recommend Brandi.
