Chris has completed The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS designation.
Chris has obtained his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, which is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meets the specified educational and practical experience criteria. As an ABR, I have additional training to better assist my Buyers in today’s market. It is critical in this unusual market to work with an agent who knows what it will take to get you into the home or property that you desire.
We can help you navigate through the complexities of short sales, whether you are buying or selling. We have also obtained the Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification (SFR) designation, which gives us the knowledge to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. Chris has also obtained his Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) and Certified Short Sale Property Expert (CSSPE) designations, giving him even more expertise in helping clients negotiate with their lenders for approval and make their way through the complex short sale process.
Dawn was trained for 2 years by one of the top luxury Realtors® in the valley and has expertise in marketing properties both in print and on the internet and is working on her Broker’s license.
Chris has successfully completed the e-Pro training program for real estate professionals, which is the only technology certification program offered by the National Association of Realtors ®. As an e-Pro® certified agent, I have knowledge and tools necessary to provide my clients with the information they need and the customer service they demand. It’s both hi-tech and hi-touch. The elite group of course graduates represents only 4% of all Realtors®.
