Randy McKinney graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977. In 1980, Randy graduated from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters Degree in Religious Education. In 1985, he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law with a Juris Doctor and was president of his class. He has served as president of the Manager’s Council and has served on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Realtors. He served as the President of the Alabama Association of Realtors in 2005 and is presently a National Director for the National Association of Realtors. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation and is one of only two CCIM\'s serving Baldwin County.

When selecting a Realtor or real estate agent in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Daphne, Fairhope, Robertsdale or in any other area of Baldwin County or South Alabama, strong knowledge of the community, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service are all crucial elements. Randy has more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and his legal background along with his effective negotiating skills are very beneficial in complex commercial/investment transactions.
