We lucked out!  We spoke to Janelle on the phone, liked what we heard, then met her face to face, and hired her right away.  We then went about doing the things that Janelle suggested and put our house on the market about a month later.  She had a professional photographer put together a slide show and put it on the internet.  We followed all her suggestions (price, paint — two walls, asking price, and then she staged our house).  WE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN TWO WEEKS.  We never had an open house.  We’re very certain that she had the best program for selling our house.  And, she was a delight to work with.
