Jennifer Harvey has a been a Realtor for the last 8 years. Since 2008 Jennifer has improved her sales volume each year in a declining market. Jennifer is a lead agent in two new home communities in Shawnee and Lenexa. In 2010 Jennifer and her team made Ridgestone Meadows the best selling new home community in Shawnee and Lenexa. The same dedication to new home sales is needed in resale. You have to make the buyer remember your home. In 2010 The Just Call Jenn Team sold over 10,000,000 in sales volume. Jennifer understands that one agent can not offer superior customer service on their own so that is why she created the Just Call Jenn Team. In order to make the clients feel like they are the only client they make sure to take care of every detail in the Real Estate process. Should I list my home over the Holidays?

Our team gets asked this question a lot this time of year. The answer is if you are going to list your home the holidays are a great time to get it on the market. In December a lot of companies have employees that are transferring to the Kansas City metro area and will be needing to start their new position in January. They will be looking at homes and will be serious about buying. If you have your home on the market during the holidays you know the buyers that are looking will be serious about buying. You may have less showings but they will be ready to buy. Now, can you decorate your home for the holidays while it is on the market?….YES please do otherwise it will not feel comfortable. Don’t go overboard with decorations in every corner but tasteful decor is a must. If you need tips on staging give us a call we would love to help.
