About markshipley

I’ve been a Realtor in the Greater Phoenix Area for 7 years. I live in Central Phoenix but have experience all over the valley and have sold homes in just about every municipality in the county. I have a business degree and a 15 year business background in Telecommunications as an Operations Director where I developed an extensive background in contract negotiations and analysis. I have a strong mind for detail and I’m analytical by nature which supports me need to stay plugged in to the ever changing local Real Estate market. I have a mind for investment value and several investor clients as a result. I thrive on protecting my clients from the challenges that inevitably come up during real estate transactions. “Fire Fighting” is a natural part of the process and I excel at fast paced problem solving on a deadline. When all is said and done, my goal is to meet 120% of my client’s expectations and serve their needs well past the closing of their home to make sure they are well on their way to an enjoyable home owner experience. Protection, Trust, Service.
