From its rolling hills to its zooming speedways, Indiana has something for everyone, and is a clean, safe, wonderful state to call home.
Culture

The Nappanee Amish Acres farm
Indiana combines the tranquility and charm of rural life with the fast pace and excitement of the big city. The nation’s second-largest capital city is just hours away from pristine farmland and wilderness.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway
While Indiana relies heavily on manufacturing, our highly-skilled labor force has weathered the economic storm better than our neighbors. As a result, our economy remains vibrant, and the future is extremely bright.
No discussion of Indiana would be complete without mentioning sports. The state that created the first American car remains the center of auto racing, hosting the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway every year. Hoosiers are also synonymous with basketball, and our high school and college crowds can rival those of our NBA franchise, the Indiana Pacers. Our Indianapolis Colts remain one of the best franchises in the NFL, and we are also home to 20 other professional hockey, soccer, baseball, and football teams.
Weather

Indiana’s weather is perfect for a strong growing season and a variety of outdoor activities. We have distinct seasons, with fairly warm summers and fairly cold winters. January nighttime lows in Indianapolis average 18.5 degrees, while daytime July highs average 85.6. Precipitation is fairly evenly spread throughout the year, providing ample water for crops, plenty of water for swimming and boating, and winter snow for skiing and snowboarding.
Real Estate
The Indiana area real estate market is every bit as varied as its geography. From starter homes to retirement communities, cool city condos to rustic, rural farmhouses, Indiana offers something for everyone. For a personal assessment of your needs and our market, please contact me.
