Information Collection
In order to provide better service, track usage statistics, and manage session information, SearchHomes.com collects the IP address of all visitors to the site. While we maintain records of user behavior tied to an IP address (to provide services such as recommendations based on previous homes viewed), we do not use this information to attempt to identify you or seek any additional information beyond your site usage behavior and explicitly-provided information. That information can include domain names, email addresses, phone numbers, content viewing preferences, and geographic location. Our usage of this data and procedures for modiifying or removing it from our system are stated below.
Information Disclosure
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, used to customize the content and/or layout of our Web site for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations, and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive calls providing the information for which they provided us their phone number. It will only be shared with third parties necessary to provide that information. For example, we might pass along a user’s phone number to a real estate agent if the user explicity provides such information to schedule an appointment to view a property.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them .

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
