We recently held the Hall of Fame party for our Executives in our Phoenix company. This event honors those people who have been with the company for 15 years or more…and I am exceptionally proud that there are almost 300 honorees! That statistic is a huge indicator of the loyalty and professionalism that the people in our company exhibit. I challenge any other company of our size to have that kind of retention of top people. It also speaks loudly about how our Hall of Famers also operate their business…their clients are generally repeat customers and refer new clients all the time to our Executives. In addition to our real estate licensees, we also recognize our employees who have been with the company 15 years or longer, and that number is also humbling. I appreciate all of your hard work and loyalty. Congratulations!
