 "Moving Up, Moving Out and Moving On"!

My number one priority is to protect you and those you care about during the buying and selling process. My focus is on educating clients throughout the transaction as they embark on what may very well be their largest investment.  My motto is: “If you live for the money, you'll die for the money and its a lousy way to go!”   So I'll be the first in line to advise you NOT to buy or sell a home if it's not what's best for you.

My paternal great-grandfather, C.G. Taylor, was a self-taught aeronautical engineer and aviator, from Rochester, New York, and will be a part of the aviation history books for all time.  C.G. Taylor and his brother designed the Taylor Cub and Taylor Craft. My great-grandfather’s planes, are “the longest running production aircraft in the world".

As a teenager my family settled in Tucson, AZ and I fell in love with the desert and decided to stay. “If you let it, the desert will grab a hold of you and never let go. Eternal sunshine, breathtaking mountains and being able to see for 40 miles is addictive!" You'll quickly forget about our sizzling summers when you're sending winter selfies to your family & friends wearing a t-shirt or shorts most of the winter."

From large corporations such as Tucson Electric Power (purchasing), Boise Cascade (office products), Cardinal Heath (healthcare) and Long Realty (real estate), I learned the value of quality customer service and relationship-building. “It has always been and will always be about what’s best for my clients, regardless of the industry!”   

Luckily my mom, Cathie Dahar, decided to get back into real estate after retiring from Tucson Electric Power and starting and running several successful businesses, in Tucson and New Mexico. Mom figured it was the best way to do what she loves, all things business, help people and as a bonus, get to spend time with with me, her oldest daughter and best friend. So after a 25 year break, Mom is back to her entrepreneurial roots.

On the home front, I'm a single mom and have two middle schoolers, "Irish twins", and enjoy supporting them in their school, sports and Scouts of America activities.  I have been singing professionally and had a band since 1999, enjoy rollerblading and recently cycling, love cooking & spending time with friends and family and all things DIY.  Lookout Martha Stewart!  And finally my new membership in the "I Love Dogs Club"...yes, we are all in love with our Mini-Schnauzer, Buddy.  

Like my great grandfather, keeping clients protected and safe as they travel through their transaction and beyond is always priority #1 for our group.
