I have been passionate about finding homes for people in the Kansas City Missouri area for over 41 years. I came to Blue Springs in 1976 to teach high school math after graduating from University of Missouri in Columbia.I became an agent in 1978. I list primarily in Jackson County, Missouri, Cass, Clay ,& Lafayette County. I am also a problem solver in today's market for sellers! I work with each seller on an individual situation. I listen to what is important to them: Needing to sell fast! Get the most amount of money for their home! Least amount of inconvenience! And then I come up with the best marketing strategy to get their home sold. I work with them in making their home the best it can be before putting it on the market to sell. This with stagging is extremely important! Cordinating selling a home and buying a home is another job I am good at. When I am a buyer's agent, I expand my area to wherever the buyer would like to live. I am here to communicate with the buyer starting with finding a home, making the best offert possible so that the sellers will take theirs over the other offers, doing inspections, getting them approved for the loan, and all the way until closing.
