Karin Rösarne

Karin is a full service, certified premiere luxury marketing agent. She first came to America from Sweden, at 18 years old, with $200 in her pocket. Two years later she bought her first home.  This began her effectuation with real estate investments. Her experience includes luxury real estate portfolios, 1031 exchange transactions, and self-directed IRA acquisitions and liquidations. She holds a VA certification, a Home Staging Certification, and has CARTUS and AFFINITY relocation training. Karin is a recipient of the prestigious 5 Star Rising Star Award in 2020, a Leadership Program of The Rockies, Leadership in Action Award Recipient in 2012 and Broker Associate of the Year with Key Masters Real Estate 2016 and 2017. Karin is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Florida.
