NAR (National Association of Realtors) just released their latest market update showing current real estate statistics and trends on a broader level. I'll attached the entire thing for you to review. It shows that 57% of homes were only on the market for a month or less and that first time home buyer purchases were up. The market is definitely improving including in the Pike & Wayne County areas. Last week I had 3 offers on a home in Matamoras and the week before that a bidding war on a 4 bedroom home in Milford.
