Just saw some really interesting statistics in regards to whether or not you should list your home for sale now. The article says that foot traffic during home showings is up signficantly this spring and that there are currently more buyers out looking right now than in the last five years! That's some really great news for the real estate market and for what the rest of 2018 should be like.
