Shannon was amazing through the process and continues to be helpful even after the sale. I reached out to Shannon about a house she listed, which turned out not to be the house for us. We just starting our house hunt and wasn’t knowledgeable about having a buyers agent (or much of anything about the house buying process). I was also a little insecure about our budget due to the areas we were looking. Shannon never made me feel like my home purchase was any less important than a million dollar deal & from that moment on Shannon stayed in touch and just a couple days later she found the perfect home. This wasn’t easy with our budget, wish list & the crazy market, but she did it. We were one of multiple offers, but her knowledge about offers secured us the contract.
