Matanzas Woods the "L" Section
The Matanzas Woods is the northernmost neighborhood in Palm Coast, just 25 minutes from historic St. Augustine. Whether you're looking for a home or an investment, the L Section is a great place to live. It runs north of Matanzas Woods Parkway which connects you to US Highway 1 to the west, the new I-95 access ramps to the East and intersects Old Kings Road for easy access to Palm Harbor.
Indian Trails - "B" Section
Indian Trails, bordered by Belle Terre and Matanzas Woods Parkway, is located on the western end Palm Coast Parkway right before it ends at US 1. Often considered the most popular neighborhood, Indian Trails is just a few blocks from 95 and home to Belle Terre Elementary and Indian Trails Middle School. Also in Indian Trails is the Flagler County Library, Kohl's and many churches and daycares.
Indian Trails is outfitted with plenty of sidewalks for walking, jogging or biking. In the spirit of the outdoors, you'll also find Indian Trails Sports Complex and Heroes Memorial Park. Here you will find mostly, single family resale homes.
Palm Harbor ~ "F" and "C" Sections
If you love water, Palm Harbor is the neighborhood for you! The first to be developed in Palm Coast, it is bordered by 23 miles of salt water canal and home to the Palm Coast Yacht Club. Here you will find the newly remodeled Island Walk shopping center which includes Publix, Starbucks, Hobby Lobby and a variety of restaurants. Palm Harbor boasts multiple condominiums and office parks as well as the community center - leaving nothing to be desired! The European Village - full of shops, restaurants and entertainment and Linear Park - featuring the St. Joe's Walkway which overlooks the Intracoastal are also in this beautiful neighborhood.
Florida is known for golf and this neighborhood does not disappoint - the Palm Harbor Golf Club is tucked in Palm Harbor as well! Sit back in this picturesque neighborhood, filled with all the amenities, but still just minutes from the I-95 access ramps. Headed to the beach? A short drive over the Hammock Dunes toll bridge brings you right into North Flagler Beaches.
Belle Terre - The "P" Section
One of two "P" Sections in Palm Coast (the other being Pine Grove), Belle Terre is located West of Interstate 95, between Whiteview Parkway and Royal Palms Parkway. Residents enjoy easy access to I-95 as well as Route 1.
Within Belle Terre you will enjoy Frieda Zamba Center and the Belle Terre Swim & Racquet Club, both fully equipped with tennis courts, heated swimming pools and fitness centers. There are two recently renovated by schools - Wadsworth Elementary and Buddy Taylor Middle School - located within the Belle Terre neighborhood.

Pine Lakes ~ "W" Section
Marked by the Pine Lakes Golf Club and the Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course, Pine Lakes is a serene subdivision filled with gorgeous, well-maintained homes, condominiums and golf villas. Pine Lakes is located inside the Pine Lakes Parkway Circle which is connected to Belle Terre Parkway on the southernmost end, close to amenities and the I-95 access ramp, and Palm Coast Parkway on the northernmost end, just a mile from US 1.
Pine Lakes is bordered by Indian Trails, Lehigh Woods & Belle Terre, it is also home to the Arlington and Hamptons subdivisions.
Cypress Knoll - "E" Section
Cypress Knoll, the "E" Section, named for the Cypress Knoll Golf & Country Club borders Highway 100 and Belle Terre Parkway. Residents of this neighborhood enjoy easy access to the other cities within Flagler - Bunnell and Flagler Beach, by way of Highway 100. This neighborhood is also minutes away from Flagler Palm Coast High School, Flagler Auditorium and Town Center. Cypress Knoll is also located close to Palm Coast Landings - full of shopping and dining, including Target, Ross, Olive Garden and more!

Pine Grove ~ "P" Section

Seminole Woods ~ "S" & "U" Sections
Seminole Woods is a spacious neighborhood with both homes for resale and lots to build on. It is still largely undeveloped, leaving plenty of space to build your dream home exactly where you want. The main road through this neighborhood is Seminole Woods Parkway which begins off of Highway 100, just west of the 95 access ramps and ends on US 1. Seminole Woods is also just 4 miles from beach access!
Woodlands ~ "BL" Section
The Woodlands is named for the fact that it is connected to The Woodlands, a 3,500 square foot conservation area. It's one of the first developed neighborhoods in Palm Coast, with most homes built in the 1970's & 1980's. The Woodlands runs along Old Kings Road which runs north to south through Flagler County. Residents enjoy easy access to I-95, the northern Flagler Beaches, and plenty of shops and restaurants in the new Island Walk.
