Alex Monreal

I grew up in Hammond, IN. I graduated from Morton High School in 2009 and then attended Indiana University Northwest majoring in Business Administration. In 2011 when I was 20 years old, I made the decision to enlist into the United States Army as an Artilleryman. The first three years were spent at Fort Polk, LA as an assistant to the commander in addition to being a Radio Telephone Operator. In 2014, I was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY in the 101st Airborne Division 3rd Brigade Combat Team Rakkasans! I served as a Fire Control Sergeant and Fire Direction Section Chief. We deployed to Helmond, Afghanistan (2016-2017). I was a team leader of a firing squad and later became a squad leader. I spent 2018-2019 in South Korea with the 8th Army Fires Support Element, serving as a liason between U.S. forces and South Korean fires sections. In 2019- 2022, I served as a Detailed Recruiter and as a Deputy Station Commander in Chicago, IL. I then transitioned to the Indiana National Guard where I currently serve as an Infantryman. In addition, I am a family man and love interacting with the people of my community. I will work tirelessly to help you find a home that works best for you and your family.
