Born and raised in farming community in Eastern Iowa my wife (girlfriend at the time) and I moved to Arizona in 2002. A year earlier we came to visit a friend in January which is as most know, the wrong time to come to Tucson if you don't want to stay. We planted our roots in Vail, AZ (the Corona de Tucson side) where we are now raising our two daughters and enjoying life.
I started my home selling career shortly after arriving in Tucson taking a job selling Manufactured Homes. Over the course of that first year, I learned the inside and outs of that business and what to look for in solid property. A year and half later, I took my talents to the New home industry as a site agent with KB Home. During the next few years, like all agents we rode the real estate wave up until the bubble burst in 2007. When the market declined/corrected, agents had to be flexible and adjust to conditions. In 2008, I moved into the resale market and started selling foreclosure listings for many local and national banks. In 2013, I was recruited and joined Realty Executives Tucson Elite.
Our life is now our kids. Between, Soccer (Vail Soccer Club), T-ball (Rincon Little League), Majors softball (Los Ninos Little League), Piano, Drama, horse lessons and competition we are pretty busy.
