Hello Everyone!

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Araceli Rodriguez; I am a wife, daughter and a mother of two children. I grew up in the local community of Winton, Ca. I am a proud resident of Merced County. My roots are cemented in this wonderful and enriched community. I work for CFHC as a health/ community outreach professional with a background of 18 years in customer service. My passion and desire is to help improve one life at a time through education, compassion and empathy.

I became a real estate agent in Dec-2023 for Realty Executives of Northern California. My desire and aspiration is to assist first time homebuyers, families and investors in achieving the American dream of home ownership. As a homeowner myself, I understand the work and effort it takes to begin the process of homeownership to receiving your keys to your forever oasis, where in time memories will be created.

With my extensive community outreach and marketing background, I can help my clients navigate the homeownership process. I am familiar with the different townships in our community. As a bilingual realtor, I can assist the Hispanic community and advocate for my future clients, buyers, and sellers. My determination to provide the best, transparent, and heartfelt intention as a trusted realtor. Together, we can work as a team and strive to make homeownership a simple and feasible reality.
