Areal Guenther

Areal Guenther has a passion for helping people and building relationships, which makes working with the team at Realty Executives Cooper Spransy a perfect fit for the mother of four boys, including twins. Areal is a natural multi-tasker and negotiator with a calm demeanor.  She makes the process of buying homes and selling real estate less stressful for her clients through her transparent communication style; openness, honesty and approachability.

Areal lives in Stoughton and enjoys playing basketball and pickleball and hiking with her husband and four sons. She has a passion for orphan care so she and her family host and advocate for orphans from Eastern Europe. She donates 3% of each commission to Before 16, a local organization that offers financial assistance to families who are willing to host orphans.  These hosting periods provide an important avenue to connecting these vulnerable children to a loving family. She is also on the board for Before 16.
