Hello, I'm BIll Morton and welcome to Blount County! If you are new to the area, congratulations on a move that you will never regret! I am a native of Blounty County, and attended Maryville City Schools and the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) I have been a full-time Realtor since 1985, and I am proud to have built a successful career in the real estate industry.

I attribute my success to several factors. First, I am extremely knowledgeable about the area real estate market, having worked here for 30 years. I pride myself on the outstanding relationships I maintain with my fellow Realtors. My certifications include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute of Tennessee), and Broker. I currently serve as Principal Broker of Realty Executives Associates' Downtown office. I am a former director of the local Realtor Association & have been a member or chairman of most Association committees including Professional Standards, Member Services, By-Laws, Grievance & MLS. I have been awarded the company "Agent of the Year" award and the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors "Award of Excellence".

My wife Jane, is Supervisor of Instruction and System Testing Coordinator for Blount County Schools. I work in all areas of Blount County including Maryville, Alcoa, Walland, Townsend, Louisville and Friendsville. I also work in Knoxville as well as Loudon, Monroe & Sevier Counties.
