You can’t build a future without a foundation—and for too many families in Burke and Caldwell counties, that foundation is missing. Our housing stock is old. The demand is high. The options? Scarce. We’re short about 5,000 homes in each county. That’s not a statistic. That’s a crisis.

Before returning to Realty Executives, I was a mortgage banker for a community bank. I didn’t just study the numbers—I listened to the stories. Families priced out. Builders locked out. Land sitting idle while demand surged. I saw the disconnect. And I made it my mission to bridge the gap.

Today, I specialize in three things:

• Listing affordable homes that working families can actually buy.
•  Sourcing land for builders ready to create real neighborhoods, not just subdivisions.
• Helping buyers find unique properties—the kind that don’t just meet needs, they tell a story.

I’m not just a broker. I’m a connector. I work closely with local government, nonprofits, and neighboring landowners. I’m part of organizations like the Caldwell and Burke Chambers of Commerce and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Catawba Valley. Because real change happens when you know who to call—and when they pick up the phone.
