Chris and Dawn make an excellent team and they really were very invested in the sale of my condo and in helping me along the way. I had previously bought a home, but had never sold one. As such, there were many items that were new to me. They responded very quickly to my questions and requests, and really provided great guidance during the entire process, from getting my condo prepared, to pricing it correctly, and then everything that needed to be done before closing. My husband and I found ourselves in the undesirable position of having bought a home, using another realtor, during the competitive housing market of early 2022.
