Daniel has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 25 years. Originally from

Crystal Lake Il a suburb of Chicago. He was fortunate to grow up on a lake in a small community where you could leave your doors unlocked.  He came to Arizona to go to Arizona State University where he studied Psychology and Design. He obtained a BA at Southern Illinois University.   

 Having grown up in a Real Estate family where both his father and mother were Real Estate Brokers it was natural for him to explore this profession. Daniel was co-founder of ERA Gem Real Estate and CEO of this brokerage. The firm successfully sold over a 1000 homes a year and Daniel trained many of the top agents that are still highly successful in Tucson Real Estate.

   In the early 2000’s Daniel launched Biel team that specialized in selling to California investors and   using a Seminar platform in Los Angeles & San Francisco Bay area  . On a good day his team sold up to 20 homes a day. In addition to seminars in California He joint ventured with non-profits to assist   first time buyers buy their first home.  By using educational based seminars in Tucson AZ was also able to  assist   many buyers achieve their goals of home ownership.

It was this commitment to non-profits on their mission that allowed him also to become a preferred vendor agent with Chicano Por La Causa a non-profit. This organization  was awarded a $142 million dollar fund for the Neighborhood Stabilization program, and Daniel was a lead agent in Phoenix and also Southern Arizona where he assisted in acquisition of distressed real estate for renovation and resale  

Daniel also specializes in residential income property and distressed Real Estate and has been the agent of choice by many top investors, and other real estate agents. He has been remarkably successful in finding off market properties and high cash flow properties. Many of his clients are from out of state and purchase unseen based on his due diligence and presentation.

In 2023 Daniel continues to aggressively seek out the best opportunities for home buyers and investors.

He uses his marketing skills to assist sellers in multiple markets to sell at premium prices and low market time.
