For most of my working career, I held the positions of Administrative Secretary, both in hospitals and private practices.  After raising a family and considering retirement, my husband and I moved to Palm Coast in 2005. But after a few months of “retirement”, I decided I wasn’t quite ready for complete retirement.  Pondering different possibilities, and on the recommendation of our REALTOR, I decided to get my REALTOR license. Shortly after obtaining my license, the real estate market experienced a collapse. But even with those challenges for both agents, homeowners/potential homeowners and businesses, it was a good decision for me.  During this time, I had the opportunity to work with this a couple, my first customers. They were in their 60’s and had never owned their own home. This down-turn in the market allowed them to become first-time home owners. It is hard to express how happy they were to purchase their home and how happy I was to be the one to help them obtain their home.  We became friends during this adventure and still remain friends today.

Becoming a REALTOR has allowed me the opportunity to help people.  Buyers, Sellers and Investors, may have different real estate needs, but I strive to meet those needs. Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia Counties offer some diverse opportunities for both buyers and sellers.  It is my hope that I can continue to “help” those customers and to find them their own little piece of Florida living.
