Donna Griff

Donna Griff is an experienced REALTOR® who has a passion for people and thrives on making dreams come true for clients when buying or selling a home. Donna represents North Jersey buyers, sellers and future homeowners. She is known for her exceptional client relations in Northern New Jersey with a focus in Sussex County, Morris County, and Warren County.  She has been a resident of Byram Township since 1990 when she and her husband bought their first home thirty years ago.  

Donna has been an agent since 1994. She was a well-regarded agent at ReMax American Dream in Denville. She decided to make the move to Realty Executives Exceptional Byram because of the warm, friendly, supportive environment and community involvement that benefits both her and her clients.  

She currently works for a Fortune 500 Technology company, a Delivery Partner Executive in IT.  There, Donna oversees Global Service Desk Delivery, as well as Field Services / Deskside Delivery for her customer.   Donna has worked 30 years in End User Services where her priorities have always been ensuring her teams are delivering exceptional service to their clients around the world – while also teaming for the best employee experience.

Making a difference in the community is a priority for Donna.  She is a former Councilwoman in Byram Township from 1999-2007 and served as Deputy Mayor in Byram Township from 2006-2007.  Currently Donna serves on the Recreation Committee and the Byram Day Sub-Committee.  She values giving back and volunteering.

Donna and her husband are very proud parents of two children, Megan who is 28 and Jonny who is 26 years old. When she finds down time she enjoys bowling, reading and spending time with family.

She loves being part of a homeowner’s journey by finding new homes and helping clients sell theirs.
