Joe was born, raised and has lived in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Avondale, Westwego and Marrero throughout his lifetime. A Graduate of Ridgewood Preparatory High School in Metairie, Joe attended Delgado in New Orleans and studied architectural drafting and engineering in both the trade school and college. Prior to working in real estate, he worked as sub-contractor, general contractor and computer aided drafter/designer/illustrator.
