Realtor® Mike Johnson of Realty Executives of Killeen helps home buyers and sellers across Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, Williamson and Travis Counties to reach their real estate goals. From first-time home buyers to move-up home sellers, Mike puts his local expertise, attention to detail and tenacity to work for his clients.

A true neighborhood expert and family man, Mike has lived in the area he serves for more than two decades. As former military, Mike is no stranger to the challenges of relocating. After settling down in the Killeen-area, Mike worked as a government contractor (Deployment Specialist) for many years. His experience teaching and advocating for others throughout his career as a government contractor contribute to the factors that set Mike apart from the competition.

 “As a Deployment Specialist I guided employees and helped ready them to deploy to austere locations in support of the military (medical screening, country clearances and training certifications to name a few). I am a good listener and I pay attention to detail,” Mike said.

Today Mike is drawn to the “helping nature” at the heart of the real estate profession and guides his clients through important real estate decisions with integrity. He especially enjoys helping home buyers discover the very things that drew him to the Killeen area: the cost of living, the weather, being central to major cities and their attractions (Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio) and the overall relaxed feel of the area.

Connecting with Realty Executives and long-time Broker Raye Mayhorn was an easy choice for Mike when he launched his real estate career in 2019.

“I have known Ms. Raye Mayhorn for close to two decades. I've purchased all my properties through her. Ms. Mayhorn is very knowledgeable, and I love her work ethic. There was no other brokerage that I wanted to align with than hers,” Mike said.

When not working with buyers and sellers, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling and staying active. He invests time into continuing his real estate education and supports local Habitat for Humanity efforts.
