His real estate experience includes ever 20 years listing and selling high end luxury homes in Southeastern Wisconsin for over 20 years. Through this experience he has learned the value of real estate in the boom market in 2000 and the recession years from 2008 to 2011. His main focus has always and will continue to be value in the real estate market. 

When buying or purchasing a property he believes in purchasing a property which not only suits his client's needs short term but he also helps his clients to understand the future long term investment they will be making. Due to the recent downturn in the real estate market he believes there are excellent opportunities to purchase properties which have been significantly reduced and are now exceptional values. The real estate market has been depreciating for several years and the real estate market continues to have tremendous value for those people who choose to invest wisely during the recent downturn in pricing. 

Over the course of his real estate career he has sold many exclusive properties in the Brookfield and Lake Country areas. He is extremely familiar with luxury Lake Properties in the Waukesha County  and also is extremely experienced in determining true value in the marketplace for properties.  Due to years of continuing experience as a homebuilder he is also extremely familiar with vacant land.  His mission and focus is on his client and making sure each phase of the real estate transaction is a successful one for his clients.
