Originally from Colorado, I moved to Madison, WI in 2019 - just in time for the world to shut down for pandemic protocol. I spent several years working in college admissions and recruitment before earning my real estate license and setting up shop with Realty Executives Cooper Spransy. I think the best way to see Madison is from the seat of a bicycle (although a kayak seat is another appealing vantage point). This is a very bike-friendly town and there are over 55 miles of bike trails weaving through the city (100+ miles in Dane County).

The Madison housing market is lively. This is a desireable place to live and the real estate market reflects that.
