I'm Judy Serocinski, and real estate is my passion!

My story began 10 years ago when my family and I started Flippin’ Out Home Renovations. Together we bought, gutted, renovated and sold numerous homes. It was through our family business that I was able to use my creativity and design technique to give new life to old, forsaken homes, sparking my love for real estate. (Check out our past and current projects at www.flippinoutrenovations.com).  The excitement I gained from seeing old houses transformed into new homes pushed me to expand my passion and become a Realtor. 

It is my personal mission to help my clients find the home of their dreams. I listen – so I know what is most important to them. I practice patience – so they know that I am willing to show them as many houses as necessary until they have found “the ONE”. Then I assist and guide them through the entire home-buying process; start to close. (or the “this is it, this is the one” to the “here are the keys to your new home”.)

I do what it takes to make my clients feel confident in their purchase. I am open with my clients and give them my honest opinion of all the homes we visit. Flipping homes for so many years I pride myself on being able to pick out, not only troubled areas in home, but ones that have the potential to be everything my client’s dream their home to be. 

When listing a home, I make it my personal mission to help others see the potential and beauty my client’s home has to offer. I do a preliminary walk through and make suggestions to assist my clients to make their home appealing to ALL potential buyers. I also invest my time in open houses when requested. Some feel this is a dying practice, but not me. Word of mouth is extremely powerful and even if someone visiting your home isn’t interested in buying they may know someone who is. 

On a more personal note, when I am not working as a realtor, or flipping houses, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have four children and one grandchild I adore. They are the light of my life.
