In 1991, prior to acquiring my real estate license, I worked for a company where I prequalified customers within four Arizona new home communities. It was my responsibility to determine customer needs, expected type of financing, worked up analysis for sales team, who would then complete the sale and arrange the purchase agreement. In one year, I received awards for Producing Most Clients that Purchased New Homes. It was time to leave and earn my Arizona real estate license, and I did. I worked for a new home builder selling homes and lots for Jackson Properties, at  Finley Farms, as well as  Elliott Homes in Gilbert, Az. In 1995, I joined Century 21 Gold in Mesa, Az. and successfully assisted the most sellers in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. I received top listing awards in 1996 and 1997. In 1997, I joined ReMax. It is with passion,  focus, hard work and integrity, when it comes to helping sellers and buyers  achieve their dreams and desires, while solving challenges,  as well as  providing  customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. In 2009 I was inducted into the ReMax Hall of Fame. In 2018, my dream came true. I joined Realty Executives Northern Arizona, Prescott.
