Katie Wakefield

Katie Wakefield was born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota and moved to Payson, Arizona when she was 10. Her mother Kim Anderson has been in real estate for nearly 35 years and her step dad Dr. Rod Anderson is a local Chiropractor. Katie graduated from Payson Center for Success in 2006. She worked for Dr. Patti Blackmore as a veterinary technician for 5 years when she transitioned into the real estate world. Katie and her husband Chris (who is also a REALTOR®) have 2 little boys, Bentley & Liam. Katie began her career as Kim’s assistant and marketing & transaction coordinator where she learned the ropes and flourished as an agent. She obtained her real estate license in 2013 and is now a REALTOR®. As a real estate family, they are always on top of their business and work hard for their clients. Katie is very techy and enjoys getting to know new people. She knows how to balance her work schedule and make time for the important things. She has earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, which means she understands the market from a buyer's perspective and will look out for your interests. Only 2% of REALTORS are ABR® designees. Katie is also e-PRO® certified, which means she is an internet professional and knows the in's an out's on how to use the cutting-edge technologies.
