I was first licensed in 1974 at Checkerboard Realty in Canada and helped form the 1st desk fee company in 1976 in Winnipeg Manitoba.
I have worked locally with John L Scott from 1986 to 1991. In 1991 I became the Manager of Prudential Northwest and later our office was merged to form Prudential Preferred Properties. I managed for 5 years. In 1996, I quit managing and reentered the sales field with Coldwell Banker Bain. While at CB Bain I created a national referral company that quickly outgrew the companies ability to work within Cendants guidelines.
In 1999, I took my Employee Referral Real Estate Relocation program to RE/MAX because of the 100% desk fee concept.
On July 1, 2001 I opened our own nationally branded franchise real estate company! REALTY EXECUTIVES. In 2005 I was awarded Broker/Owner Of The Year from Realty Executives. I also became the Regional Developer for the Pacific Northwest.

With my Business partner Crystal Herrmann we market and sell homes in Seattle and the entire Eastside, specializing in the Bridle Trails and Bellevue core area. We have sold north to the Canadian Border, west to Bremerton and Silverdale, east to North Bend on this side of the mountains, and south to Puyallup and Orting. We specialize in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap Counties.
From our Grant County office we market to Moses Lake, Ephrata, Warden and the rest of Grant County.
We work with 1st time buyers, investors, builders and developers. We offer property management services and manage 30+ properties and rentals. We specialize in high end rentals in the Bellevue Kirkland area as well as smaller 1 and 2 bedroom condo's.
