My roots are in Blount County! I feel that my knowledge of the area will assist you in selling or buying your home. Before my careet of 20+ years in real estate, I was in the banking industry for 16 years - specializing in qualified investments and financial planning. I am a licensed affiliate broker earned from the TN Real Estate Education System. Addionally, I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute of higher learning earning an esteemed designation of GRI. I just completed two terms as President of the Blount Chapter of the Knoxville Association of Realtors. I have continued since my first year, to be a Top-Producer with annual awards for obtaining multi-million sales goals. I was voted Woman of the Year in the local American Business Women Association in 2001 and Most Favorite Realtor by the Daily Times in 2006. I am a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Blount Program. Civically, I am active with the Blount County Animal Adoption Center. Recently, I was the featured Realtor on the HGTV "House Hunters" Show. I am a long-time member of Clarks Grove Church where I serve as Elder and Session Clerk. I have been married for 29 years to Ron Waters, who is retired from Blount County Schools and now coaches golf at Maryville College. We live in Alcoa.
I love teh beautiful features of Blount County! I have often heard, "you never want leave Blount County...and if you do have to, you alway want to come back!"
My knowledge is of Blount County and surrounding areas. Maryvile, Alcoa, Louisville, Friendsville, Seymour...and most of Knoxville.
I have 20+ years of experience in real estate....and no transaction is like the other. Although I have some experience with commercial, I go for assistance with that....but I will do all residential interests!
Im a local girl....so you can count of me to share information on neighborhoods, directions, schools, restaurants, library, walking trails, history of the county! With 6 educators in my immediate family....please let me share the good news of all three of the county's wonderful school systems, plus the STEM school and Christian School!
