My name is Maria Lourdes Grado. As a resident of The Greater Kansas City, and as a Real Estate professional, I recognize and value the trust clients require. If you’re selling, I will work with you to get you the greatest price in the least amount of time by using state-of-the art technology, team collaboration, superior marketing materials, and skills. Prior to starting as a Real Estate Agent, I was married for 18 years to a Special Forces LTC. That allowed me to travel to many places in the U.S. and abroad. I lived in South Korea and while living there I got a two-year degree as an LPN, and one-year certification as a Dental Assistant with The American Red Cross program for spouses living in Young Song army base. I have taken many classes for early childhood development, focusing specifically on children with special needs. I returned from Korea and was stationed in Honolulu Landing, Hawaii, where I gave birth to my daughter who is now attending Kansas State University to complete her Master’s in Kinesiology. During all these years I have had the pleasure to meet a variety of unique individuals from all over the world, with many different customs, religions, delicious foods, but most of all I had first-hand experience with military family living. I understand the stress that accompanies moving and having to start all over again: buying, selling, and renting to start a home.

When I am not working I love working with landscaping, gardening, interior design, and crochet. If I say so myself, I’m very handy at fixing and repairing things around the house! I also love a good movie, good food, and quality time with my family!
