Mary McGinnis-DeSimone

Mary grew up in Phoenix in the Arcadia area where at age 9 she began delivering and selling 2 local newspapers.  Mary continued her desire for helping educate and sharing with others through 7 years as a Patient Counselor at St Joseph’s Hospital and began her Real Estate career in 1996.

Mary’s first year in Real Estate she earned “Rookie of the Year” for the Southwest Region and knew she found her career path for life.

Over the next 24 years, Mary has represented thousands of sellers, buyers and landlords.  Her “above and beyond,” attitude, extensive knowledge and amazing customer service has continued to excel and evolve over the years.

Having a strong leadership in representation and incorporating putting the client’s needs first, Mary is able to provide aggressive marketing, skillful negotiations, personalized solutions and guidance.
