Melanie Carter

I obtained my real estate license in 1996 after being the office manager for Realty Executives in Farragut. In 1998 I began working for a developer of limited service hotels as Acquisition/ Disposition Manager. Traveling coast to coast developing marketing strategies with local developers and city managers to determine if a hotel property should be kept, sold, or revamped. Not long after, I fell into a niche market as a residential relocation specialist working with international buyers and military personnel relocating to and from the United States. With 20+ years of diverse real estate background I take pride on customer service and marketing strategies, my goal is to make the home selling journey not only simple but enjoyable! I’ve lived and worked in Oak Ridge and Knoxville my entire life. I understand the ins and outs of a diverse market and know what buyers and sellers are looking for in the area. I am accredited through the Knoxville Association of REALTORS and am a part of several industry organizations. As a local, and neighborhood expert, I want my clients to know that I will consistently look for the best ways to maneuver the market for buyers and sellers.  I can’t wait to get started!
