Mindy Shaffer

 I was born in Wisconsin Dells, but quickly moved to Sarasota, Florida after High School. After
living in Florida for many years, I decided to move back to Wisconsin, where I have planted my
roots with my boyfriend of 12 years Brian, and two dogs Lilly and Keyser. You can usually find
me with my dogs, at a concert, or at a baseball game with Brian. I also try to spend as much
time as I can with our friend’s son named Korbin, who gave me the nickname Min Min!
I decided to get into real estate to help educate first time buyers. My family didn’t own a home
growing up, and I realized how scary the process can be for first time buyers. My goal is to help
everyone that doesn’t think they can buy, buy! One of my favorite parts about real estate is being
able to call my clients and tell them they were pre-approved.

I have been working in real estate for over two years, and have worked on many deals in the
Wisconsin Dells Area. Going forward, I plan to primarily serve clients in Walworth County, but
am willing to travel to fit my clients needs. No location is too far!

I’ll be your biggest cheerleader through every transaction! We will have fun, while making sure
we get the job done. I’ll be available from beginning to end, and even after that! You can trust
me to have your best interest at the forefront.
