Murray Sadownick - Biography

I joined Realty Executives over eight years ago and am licensed in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I was born and raised in Saskatoon and love living in our community. I attended the University of Saskatchewan, obtaining a Commerce degree majoring in accounting, while also playing for five years with the Huskie football program. My past business experience includes the operation of the Patricia Hotel in Saskatoon for twelve years, and General Manager of the Willows Golf & Country Club where I was responsible for all facets of the operation including marketing, promotions, and customer service. During those years, I have been involved in many service groups including the Saskatoon Kinsmen Club as well as serving as a Board Member on the City Hospital Foundation and the University Hospital Foundation’s Fundraising Committee to name a few. I was fortunate and honoured to be presented with the B’nai Brith Proud of You Award for community service. I am confident that with my many years of networking experience in business as well as my involvement in the community, it provides me with the knowledge that will be of use to all my clients. My fundamental mission in real estate is to treat my clients the way I would want to be treated, and to treat their home as if it were my own. I understand that for most people their home is their biggest investment. Therefore, whether you are selling, buying a starter home or a luxury home, I put the same intense effort into getting you the best market value, with the least amount of stress in the process and to sell or buy within your time frame. In my spare time, my two main pastimes are playing golf and cooking for the family. I enjoy experimenting with numerous recipes, no matter which course it might be. My recent passion is utilizing my wood pellet GMG Smoker for all types of food and drinks throughout the year!
