Nicole Goggio

Nicole started in real estate as a brokerage administrator in 2014. After getting to see the happiness on the faces of new homebuyers every day, she decided she had to become an independent agent herself. She loves many aspects of real estate but her favorite is getting to meet new people and helping them to find their next home. She has a long history of working in service-oriented industries and takes great pride in making sure every step of the process goes as smoothly as possible.

In her free time, Nicole loves to cook and entertain for friends and family. She and her fiancé Brian enjoy seeking out new restaurants, breweries, and distilleries throughout the midwest, as well as exploring new and favorite bands of all genres and taking walks through the beautiful neighborhoods of Madison.
