Relocations are near to Pat’s heart and because she moved with her family numerous times, she sought a career that she could easily transfer with each relocation.

“When I started my career in real estate, I was a military active duty spouse moving to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska. I started out servicing Travis Air Force Base, Fairfield, Vacaville, Vallejo, Oakland and the Bay Area. After working and living as a member of the USAF for two years and a military spouse for 28 years (Active Duty) my husband and our family found our way back home to the Baton Rouge Area. I’ve been with Realty Executives South Louisiana Group since 2010,” Pat said.

Finding her true calling in real estate proved to be a natural progression for Pat. She brings her passion for “place” and partners with clients to imagine and realize their dream homes – ultimately creating a space for communing with family and friends.

“I especially enjoy helping first-time home buyers find the right home for their needs and growing family. I also love military relocation and working with veterans to realize that owning their own home is not impossible,” Pat explained.

Aligning with Realty Executives could not have been a better fit for Pat.

“I knew I loved real estate, but I also knew that I had to be with a company that valued and respected me. When I got my license, I interviewed the companies that I was familiar with and the reception that I got for them was extremely disrespectful and disappointing to say the least. One brokerage just lied to me out right and the other broker just didn’t show up even after I verified the appointment and time. I was eventually encouraged by a friend to try Realty Executives. I did the interview and before it was over, I was sold on the company. For me it’s all about how you treat your company (family) which translates into how you treat others and your customers. I was sold on Realty Executives as soon as Gary Fontenot shook my hand,” Pat said.

When not working with home buyers and sellers, Pat volunteers with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and other local organizations. “I’m a veteran and I visit and support veterans as much as I can. We also have a Military Outreach Ministry at my church, and we provide support for veterans and their families," said Pat.
