With over two decades of experience in cinematography across esteemed platforms like HBO, Netflix, and Hulu, Paul Schilens brings a unique perspective to real estate in Northern New Jersey. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Paul embarked on his journey in San Francisco, earning a Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University. His career as a production assistant allowed him to master every facet of cinematography, making him a longstanding member of the local 600 Cinematographers Guild.

Paul's professional endeavors took him throughout the tri-state area, eventually leading him from Brooklyn to Bloomfield in 2014, and he now calls Morris Plains home, where he has resided for four years. His desire to give his daughters a nurturing environment catered to their needs was what led him to relocate here.

Paul developed a passion for real estate as a result of the various settings and locations he encountered on set, drawing from his background in film. His personal experience in buying, selling, and investing in properties enhances his ability to guide clients seamlessly through the real estate process.
