This has sometimes taken me far and wide as a Client's wants always seem to outweigh their actual needs. They want it all and sometimes they want me to find it for them. First Time Buyers seem to gravitate to my no nonsence approach and the thorough First Appointment to give them an idea where I can settle them for the money they have to spend and the Home they would be Happy moving into. Being around for 30 years, I have Clients that value me as a Sales Representative and would not look any further for Buying or Selling. I enjoy working with First Timers as I know they will not get the same undivided attention that I give from anyone else.
