Shirley Erpenbach brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to the team of Jeannine and Shirley.  Before becoming one of Santa Clarita’s most successful and well respected Realtors, Shirley worked in the Credit Union industry for over 25 years.  As Director of Lending for Priority One Credit Union, she gained first hand knowledge of all facets of the lending industry.  Shirley ensured lending operations were in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulatory and legal requirements.  She also analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness of lending services.
