Sonya Dodd

   Hello, I'm Sonya Dodd, and I want to be your Real Estate Agent!  No one will work harder or smarter to help you accomplish your goals.  I am a life-long Blount Countian, I enjoyed a 15+ year career as a Legal Assistant prior to Real Estate, and served as Contractor on my personal home in Maryville, Tennessee.  I also have experience remodeling homes, receiving hands-on experience to effectively serve my selling and buying clients.

     I am a Residential Listing and Buyer's Agent, Licensed and Insured in the State of Tennessee, serving the Blount, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Sevier, Jefferson, Roane, and Anderson County Areas.  I have an Accredited Buyers Designation (ABR), to provide my clients with the most accurate information to help them move smoothly through their home buying process.  I have a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation, with in-depth training in real estate technology tools, and am well-versed in both local and national legal issues.  I also have a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation, to help serve our Military and Veterans by advising them of all benefits available to them, as they have selflessly and unconditionally earned by serving others!  I hold a 5-Star Review Rating as a Premier Zillow Agent, Facebook, Realtor.com, and Google.  I am also an Executive Club Award Winner recipient for multi-million dollars in sales.  

      I enjoy being active in my community, volunteering with Blount County Community Food Connection, United Way of Blount County, Homes 4 Heros, and I am a dedicated supporter of Knox Area Rescue Ministries.  I am an active member of Partners In Business East Tennessee (www.pibet.org), which is a non-profit networking group donating time and donations to our community, and fellow Blount Countians in need.
