Stacey Troia is a REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for people. Stacey represents North Jersey buyers, sellers and future homeowners. She specializes in hands on customer care for Morris and Essex Counties in the towns of Montville, Parsippany, Wayne, Livingston, Cedar Grove, Fairfield and the Caldwell’s.

She treats clients like family, a guiding principle and a way of life. She is known for her integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. Key to her success has been the result of her patient demeanor, dedication and helpfulness that she consistently demonstrates for her buyers and sellers.

Stacey is a college graduate with a focus in Business and Marketing and uses her skills in all her transactions. She is known for her exceptional work ethic, communication skills, and business savvy.  She makes the buying or selling process seamless and enjoyable for her clients.

She is a wife and devoted mother of three girls.  Stacey is on her daughters schools Parent Teachers Association and coaches Recreation Sports.

When she is not out finding your dream home, Stacey loves to cook, spend time with her family, read, hike and volunteer.
