Areas of expertise in real estate include land and home purchases or sales, investor property purchases or sales, distressed property sales, and foreclosure purchases!
In the past 21 years of selling real estate, my focus has never shifted from providing the highest standards of real estate before, during and after the sale. In a chronological sequence I will outline some of the tasks I have accomplished so that you, as the buyer or seller, can grasp my vast experience in real estate sales:
From 1994 to 2004 I worked with a select number of USA based investors buying properties as an investment. The majority of these properties were large land tracts or parcels in Pima County. One investor from California who was my old high school buddy made over $500,000 in profit in less than 4 years on primarily land sales. I won numerous top national and international awards with Coldwell Banker during this period. However, many sales were also larger homes on acreage in the North, Northeast, East and Southeast areas of Tucson. Some were small ranches and some were large estates where investor buyers were looking for bargains or flips.
My sales steadily climbed in 2004 thru 2006 and I did some very successful remodels and flips on my own as well as with other investors... Then, of course, came the real estate crash where properties lost huge values from 2007 to 2011 of about 50% depending on what area of Tucson. Recovery of HALF of the losses brings us to 2015. Prices today are still extremely low and affordable and when you factor in 60 year dips in interest rates at 3.5% to 4.5% there has been fewer opportunities to buy so much land or housing for so little. Tucson is a great place to live and was voted as the best city to live in a population of 1,000,000 or less.... Let me show you why this desert valley surrounded by 3 mountain ranges attracts, golfers, retirees, tourists, professionals, and families!
