Prior to becoming a realtor, I spent 25+years of my career as in International Insurance Broker specializing in pricing/contract negotiations. I was blessed to be able to travel the world not only working out of St. Louis for many years where I was born and raised but also Chicago for 2 years and London for 9 years.
When I am not practicing real estate, I volunteer at Feed My People High Ridge (over 1,400 hours served as of 2024), enjoy cooking/baking, "attemp" gardening, boating and most importantly spending quality time with my family.

I also really enjoy working with first time homebuyers in assisting them in getting on the property ladder, introducing them to various lenders, and tapping into any applicable first time buyer grants and financing programs, if available. Participating in every facit of the purchase process and leading them to a successful closing day is so rewarding.
Continuing my education within the Real Estate Industry is very important to me and I regularly attend classes and collaborate with fellow agents in my office and at the St. Louis Association of Realtors. Managing partnerships with qualified lenders, appraisers, home warranty specialist, home inspectors, etc... is also key in order to continue providing the great service for all needs of my clients providing the results they expect. I stay on top of "everything real estate".
